Shipping

You will receive an automatic confirmation when you place your order.

Please allow 2-5 business days for processing depending on availability and credit card verification. This may take longer for special releases or public holidays. Please note that Ropa de Lirio does not ship on weekends.

Ropa de Lirio will email you the status and tracking information as soon as your items have shipped. If a product is out of stock or not available, you will be contacted by our customer service team.

Ropa de Lirio is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. All risks involved are assumed by the courier company.


Returns

To initiate a return, please email info@ropadelirio.com to request a return authorization.


Ropa de Lirio allows returns and exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date of the order. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed and have all original tags attached. The original invoice must be included with the return. Otherwise, the processing of the return may be delayed. The costs for the return are borne by the customer. We recommend insured shipping, as we are not liable if the package is lost by the parcel service.


If Ropa de Lirio determines that a product is not in its original condition, no refund or exchange will be issued and the items will be returned to you.
